Returns and refunds policy

This English translation is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Under the legislation in force, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

How to withdraw

Inform us of your decision before the end of this period by means of a clear statement, for example by email to support@nivomatic.fr, stating your name and order number. You may also use the model withdrawal form below.

Return conditions

The product must be returned within 14 days of your decision, in its original packaging, with all its accessories and instructions. You remain liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return costs are borne by the customer.

Refund

We will refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (at the Relay Point delivery rate), within 8 days of receiving the returned product. The refund is made using the same means of payment as for the order, unless you agree to another means; it will not incur any fees for you.
