- What level settings are possible with the NivOmatic level regulator?

- What are the dimensions of the regulator unit?
The unit is 148 mm long, 103 mm high and 55 mm thick. See the dimensions
on this page.
- I fill my pool with borehole water: can I use NivOmatic?
Yes, no problem. NivOmatic comes with a strainer washer that protects the valve. If the water carries a lot of sediment, an irrigation-type filter may be advisable.
- Can I install NivOmatic in my infinity pool?
Of course! NivOmatic can be installed in the balance tank. You will find information on the

- I have an above-ground pool: can I install a NivOmatic?
Yes. NivOmatic can be adapted to above-ground pools: in most cases you simply bend the top of the angle bracket to fit the coping, whether it is wood or metal. A “U” shape gives the NivOmatic regulator excellent stability. If in doubt, contact us and we will look at the options together.
- I am often away from home for several days. Can I leave my NivOmatic on the coping?
Yes. However, take care with the connections to the garden hose, which can be a weak point, especially in very hot weather. If you are away often or for long periods, we recommend our supply kit: the fittings are crimped and the hose is reinforced and UV-resistant. The standard kit is 12 m long, but feel free to ask us for a longer one.
- I am a professional and my NivOmatic will work every day, all year round. Do I need to plan for anything in particular?
NivOmatic uses an NF-certified valve, tested for 200,000 operating cycles. Only the EPDM membrane inside the valve can wear, and it should be replaced every 3 to 5 years. The membrane is sold on our website, and replacing it is simple and takes a few minutes: a fitting video is provided!
- What are the warranty terms for the NivOmatic regulator?
The NivOmatic level regulator comes with a two-year warranty. We test every unit before delivery and have extremely few returns. However, a fault can always occur. If you have a problem, contact us: we will call you, and in most cases we can help you solve it within a few minutes. Otherwise, you will need to send us the unit at your own expense; after inspection in our workshop, we will send you the repaired unit or a new one, this time at our expense.
